Senior Manager, Investor Relations

Duties and Responsibilities Prepares and disseminates communication materials to investors, including earnings releases, presentations, financial reports (quarterly and annually), and annual reports.Collaborates with internal departments, including operations, finance, legal, and communication teams, to gather information for investor-related activities.Provides analysis of NAC Group's financial data, performance metrics, and industry trends (e.g., Nickel price behavior, SS market, energy market) to assist in preparing for FP&A models, internal management, and IR presentations.Starts new relationships and maintains key contacts with existing and prospective shareholders and external partners (CRU, CLSA, etc.).Monitors and reports on market trends, competitor activities, and relevant economic indicators that will impact NAC's mining and power businesses.Supports the planning and participation in investor events, such as earning calls, analyst meetings, and investor conferences.Qualifications Master's degree in Finance or MBA in a related field.Chartered Financial Analyst is a nice to have.At least 7 years of related working experience.Data and Financial analysis skills.Knowledgeable in Compliance.Microsoft Office Applications (intermediate to advanced level).Communication and Presentation Skills.Sales and Marketing Skills.Teamwork and Relationship building.
