The COO/CFO is looking for an ideal candidate who will be part of the Philippine leadership team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develops organization strategies by identifying, researching, and anticipating human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives. Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and compliance to local labor laws and guidelines Drives a strong culture of accountability among the overall team Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change. Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances. Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions, analyzing information and applications. Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values. Complies with all local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions. Provide leadership to all HR functions: recruitment, learning & development, payroll, compensation & benefits, HRIS, HR business partner. Organize the structure and composition of all back-office functions to meet business targets Provide management oversight to other back-office functions ensuring that agreed SLAs with the executive leadership are met REQUIREMENTS Must have 10+ years of experience in Human Resources. Must have at least 3 years of recent experience in an HR Director or HR Senior Manager performing duties and responsibilities above. Understanding of BPO industry is preferred Extensive experience in different facets of Human Resources Competence in technical recruitment preferably in a global company as well as organizational culture development Must have strong organizational and management skills to be able to provide management oversight of other back-office functions. Formal Education and/or Certification: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
