In your new role you will: Manage and lead in definition and design of manufacturing IT solutions and services for semiconductor assembly and test.
Manage and lead a team for deploying IT solutions to manufacturing, including rollout to other Backend production sites across worldwide.
Manage and lead a team in performing overall solution analysis, recommendation and improvement of existing production processes through IT solutions includes reengineering and improvement of existing legacy, aging systems.
Drive up-to-date technical knowledge in software engineering, equipment automation, factory automation, and/or manufacturing execution fields, and contribute in IT technical roadmap.
Provide solution and technical consultation in development, maintenance and administration of existing manufacturing IT applications to ensure conformance to SLA.
Support team to deliver 24x7 operation support model and manage incident escalation.
You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology and any equivalent course.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing Operations, and experience managing and deploying projects.
At least 15 years of relevant working experience of IT / FI application service delivery and operation.
Knowledge in various IT / FI application tool and technologies, and out of it more than 5 years of people manager experience at global level.
Experience with people and resource management for department / section in a global matrix organization.
Knowledge in ITIL service management.
Project management skills in waterfall and agile approach.
Relevant certification and experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master will be added advantage.
Business relationship management, having worked as a Business Analyst will be added advantage.
Knowledge in various Industrial manufacturing standard and roadmaps, e.g.
SEMI, Industry 4.0.
Knowledge in corporate level application landscape will be added advantage.
Possesses a 'hands-on' approach towards work, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as a team leader / player in a global setup.
