Responsible for execution & support for machne hookup, end user request, production relayout, site control,acceptance & buy off, project handover, project closure and documentation to ensure production and business needs are fullfilled.In your new role you will:Coordinate between end user, internal resources & service provider for the flawless execution of setup & request related to production to ensure uninterrupted, timely & cost effective setup to support site core business.To involve in define & review the related project management systematics, tools, resources & etc to ensure project deliverables are achieved all time.Responsible for project site control, acceptance, buy off , project documentation & project handover & closure.Responsible for team competency and people development to ensure continuality and sustainability of FM processes.Manage the relationship with the internal & external client as well as all stakeholdersResponsible for risk management to minimize & mitigate project risks to corporate and business processAs the site focal person in supporting produciton requirement, re-layout and machine hookup activities: 1. Site : Production & Backend IE, OPC & internal FM team.2.
