You will be responsible for developing and executing acomprehensive events strategy, managing logistics for various marketingevents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignmentwith our business goals and objectives.What You'll DoCoordinate and/or oversee the strategy, budget, planning and logisticsof our global trade show event calendar. Work with your sales and marketing colleagues to determine which tradeshows are strategically critical, each trade show's focus, the tiering ofeach trade show an who should be in attendance at the show. Create project boards and ensure consistency and collaboration whilefollowing established guidelines, processes, procedures and tools. Educatecrossfunctional teams, provide direction & establish solutions whereappropriate. Execute, support and/or manage the following:Provide regular updates to keep all colleagues informed of upcomingevents and deadlines. Develop pre-show promotions to drive awareness. Create pre-show briefing documents and run a pre-show briefing callwith relevant Stakeholders Evaluate and manage current and future booth requirements such as boothsize, design and graphics. Manage and coordinate the logistics of the exhibit includingmaintenance of the trade show exhibit, demonstration equipment and allaccessories. Conduct and communicate post-show analysis, including metrics. Assistin developing tracking and measurement tools and processes. Work with sales to ensure leads are distributed and followed up in atimely manner; monitor leads to close. Recognize opportunities to sponsor smaller conference sessions thatalign with marketing goals.Identify and investigate new trade show marketing opportunities basedon company priorities and goals. Work with and manage associations that are relevant to Inspectorio.Find opportunities to collaborate and manage opportunities. Internally promote industry committees of associations that arestrategically important. Support and organize the logistics of other marketing events such aspotential customer webinars, direct mail campaigns, user conferences andspecial promotions. Manage our global promotional item selection and rollout, ensuring allassets are on brand QualificationsExcellent stakeholder management skillsUnderstand production requirements and timelines of a trade showproductionAbility to act quickly and decisively with solutions to unexpectedissuesEffective communication skills (written and verbal) both internally andexternallyAbility to work independently and also as part of a teamProject management skills (preferably previous use of PM software suchas Asana)Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple demandsand set priorities Problem-solving skills Ability to work under a fast pace environment Ability to meet deadlines and effectively communicate deviations ofdeadlines on a daily basis Flexible, self-motivated, organized, and confidentBenefitsWhy it would be awesome to work with us Unlimited annual leave: Yes, you heard that right!
