Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Enterprise Marketing
Specialist to join our dynamic B2B marketing-as-a-service organization. This position
requires a deep understanding of the intricacies of marketing within a large organization
and the ability to navigate and drive initiatives in a complex enterprise environment. The
ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing strategy, campaign
management, and project execution within a large-scale enterprise setting.
Role & Responsibilities
• Collaborate with client cross-functional teams, including sales, product management,
and creative services, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand
awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop and execute strategies to engage and
communicate effectively with our enterprise customers.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify key trends, market
opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Utilize customer segmentation and profiling to create tailored marketing messages
and campaigns that resonate with target audiences within our enterprise.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, implementation,
tracking, and optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Work closely with the marketing analytics team to measure and report on campaign
performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous
improvement.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing expertise and best
practices in enterprise marketing.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise marketing within a large-scale
organization.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and
campaigns within a large organization.
• Deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of marketing within a large
organization, including cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and
decision-making processes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable
insights from complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas,
influence stakeholders, and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing
tools.
• A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a keen attention to
detail.
