This positionrequires a deep understanding of the intricacies of marketing within a large organizationand the ability to navigate and drive initiatives in a complex enterprise environment. Theideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing strategy, campaignmanagement, and project execution within a large-scale enterprise setting.Role & Responsibilities• Collaborate with client cross-functional teams, including sales, product management,and creative services, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive brandawareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.• Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop and execute strategies to engage andcommunicate effectively with our enterprise customers.• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify key trends, marketopportunities, and competitive insights.• Utilize customer segmentation and profiling to create tailored marketing messagesand campaigns that resonate with target audiences within our enterprise.• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, implementation,tracking, and optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.• Work closely with the marketing analytics team to measure and report on campaignperformance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuousimprovement.• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing expertise and bestpractices in enterprise marketing.Job Requirements• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise marketing within a large-scaleorganization.• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies andcampaigns within a large organization.• Deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of marketing within a largeorganization, including cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, anddecision-making processes.• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiativessimultaneously and meet deadlines.• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionableinsights from complex data sets.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas,influence stakeholders, and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketingtools.• A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a keen attention todetail.
