Senior Manager Corporate Integrity, Sea

Job Overview: The role will lead Corporate Integrity and Code of Business Conduct investigations whilst ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, policies, procedures, and standards. Investigations will range from lower risk operational violations to complex matters involving accounting/financial/legal risks.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct fraud & COBC investigations across CCEP South-East Asia (SEA)Support the successful implementation of Anti-Fraud Program key deliverablesSupport Fraud Detection & Data Analytics programs in SEAAlignment with Corporate Audit Services, ensuring Fraud specific inputs and outputsAlignment with Internal Control, ensuring Fraud specific inputs and outputsEnsure compliance with laws, regulations, company policies, procedures, standards, and COBCPerform in depth research and investigative activities into complaints, unethical conduct, & violationsCommunicate control deficiencies, weaknesses, fraud matters, root causes, and recommendationsReview internal control processes to evaluate effectiveness against fraud and COBC violationsLead and manage complex investigations ensuring all aspects of the matter are properly managedJob Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree preferred in Law, Criminal Justice, Accounting, Audit, or similar area of studyMinimum 5 solid years of related experienceCertified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or track record in the field of corporate investigationsAudit background in investigation or Forensic AccountingAmenable to work on a hybrid work setupBagumbayan, Quezon City work location
