Job Description As a Senior Manager of Bureau Products, you are expected to fulfill the following:
Develop and propose a comprehensive work plan to guide product development, execution, launch, scaling, aligning customer needs, and coordinating with suppliers for execution.Be part of the entire implementation process, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Manage and coordinate the efforts of various suppliers involved in the product development process.Participate in client product presentations and gather feedback to drive improvements in execution.Scale the product in alignment with established roadmap.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess product success and guide continuous improvement.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy.The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience in Product Management & Development (Preferably in the enterprise credit risk management space).Knowledge of credit bureau, functional areas, and regulatory reporting.Passion for learning and good work ethic.What's on Offer Supportive and collaborative workspace.Ability to be part of a fast-growing credit bureau company driving financial inclusion.
