Responsibilities
• Handle customs clearance and troubleshoot issues• Design work plan at warehouse and monitor progress• Check deliveries to each store and handle unfinished or late deliveries• Investigate data differences between inbound and outbound• Edit inventory data and request inventory data editing• Monitor budget and check billing of costs• Visit logistics company warehouse and provide feedback for improvement• Plan cost reductions and negotiate with logistics company• Monitor results after negotiation
Requirements
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent• At least 8 years of working experience in the related field• Required skills: project management, logistics, planning, analytical, problem solving, budgeting, negotiation• Background in E-commerce would be an advantage• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
