Senior Legal Lawyer ( Junior Lawyer )

Job Summary:

Oversees the legal aspects and ensures that the company is complied with all the laws and safeguards the reputation of the company.

Job Descriptions:

-Provides accurate and timely counsel to the management in variety of legal topics and leads different departments of the organization on needed compliance.
-Evaluates different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
-Deals proactively in dealing possible legal issues within the organization and applies effective risk management techniques to resolve it.
-Performs internal compliance audits throughout the organization including preparation of detailed reports and recommendation to the management.
-Drafts and/or reviews various contracts and agreements to ensure the company's full legal rights.
