Job Description Oversee labor relations and litigation, including managing disputes with unions and addressing labor complaints.Provide legal defense in labor-related matters and review and draft employment agreements and other related documents.Ensure compliance with labor laws, commercial regulations, and company policies.Liaise with government agencies to maintain transparency and meet regulatory requirements.Advise senior management on labor and employment issues, including strategic planning and risk management.Conduct internal investigations related to labor issues and implement corrective actions as needed.Develop and deliver training on labor law compliance and best practices to HR and management teams. The Successful Applicant Minimum 5 years PQE from either a law firm or in-house environments.Extensive experience in labor and commercial laws.Proven track record in managing labor relations, litigation, and union negotiations.Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.Willingness to relocate to Davao.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise senior management effectively.
