Location: Pasig City
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift
Salary: Up to Php 70,000, dependent on experience

A Global Engineering Design Firm is currently looking for a Senior Learning and Development Specialist who will be responsible for creating and implementing training strategies.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
? Identify training needs by analyzing data and feedback
? Develop training and evaluation strategies for assessing effectiveness of training programs
? Create, design and develop informal and formal learning programs and solutions
? Assist with instructional design when necessary
? Perform administrative duties on the Learning Management System.

Qualifications/ skills required:
? Degree in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Education, Marketing Communications, Human Resources Management or equivalent
? Must have at least 3 years' experience in Learning and Development preferably in a multinational and technical environment
? Presentation and facilitation skills is required
? Must have excellent English Communication Skills
