Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift
Salary: Up to Php 70,000, dependent on experience

A Global Engineering Design Firm is currently looking for a Senior Learning and Development Specialist who will be responsible for creating and implementing training strategies.

Duties and responsibilities will include: Identify training needs by analyzing data and feedbackDevelop training and evaluation strategies for assessing effectiveness of training programsCreate, design and develop informal and formal learning programs and solutionsAssist with instructional design when necessaryPerform administrative duties on the Learning Management System. Qualifications/ skills required: Degree in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Education, Marketing Communications, Human Resources Management or equivalentMust have at least 3 years' experience in Learning and Development preferably in a multinational and technical environmentPresentation and facilitation skills is requiredMust have excellent English Communication Skills
