Senior Lawyer - Start Asap - Makati

- Preferably with minimum 6-10 years of work experience as a LAWYER in a LAW FIRM / LEGAL DEPARTMENT and/or 5-10 years of Managerial Experience
- Age: Not above 45 years old
- Willing to START ASAP in MAKATI CITY
- Preferably CURRENTLY UNEMPLOYED or ON THE PROCESS OF HANDING OVER DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Willing to stay at the company for a LONG PERIOD OF TIME
SALARY RANGE: ?80,000 - ?150,000
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | Flextime

- Responsibilities: 50% COMPLIANCE, 50% LEGAL AND RISK REVIEWS
- Exposure to the Board of Directors is to be expected
- Reports to the Chief of Financial Officer

- Must have sound knowledge and understanding of applicable laws and regulations
- Must have the ability to make prudent legal decisions
- Must be a team player, highly analytical, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Should be fluent in risk management, with proficient understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality
- Must have an understanding of Corporate Structures and their impact on performance both legally and financially, is expected
