Senior Java Developer

Drake's top client – a global IT consulting firm specializing in digital transformation, data analytics, application development, and IT modernization across various industries, is currently hiring a Senior Developer-Java to be part of their collaborative team in Makati City!

Responsibilities
Deliver software products based on detailed requirements and ensure that they meet the specified functionality.Ensure all programs are fully tested and documented, adhering to the company's development guidelines and best practices.Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies as required.Maintain the security of customer and company information in line with the acceptable use policy and other published security standards.Collaborate with both internal and external customers to define requirements and develop efficient solutions.Work within a cross-functional team in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality products to external customers.
Qualifications
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Java Development with React JS, SpringBoot, and exposure to legacy systems.
Java Basic: Strong understanding of OOP Concepts.Familiarity with the pillars of Java. Java Advanced:
• Deep knowledge of Collections, IO, JDBC, Threads, and Generics.
Java EE: Expertise in Spring and Hibernate frameworks.Experience in developing Web Services (SOAP and REST). Additional Skills: Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, AngularJS, React.Experience with Agile Development methodologies.Understanding of UML and Design Patterns.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot effectively.
