Role: Senior Technical Partner Responsibilities: Primary point of contact and trusted advisor for business leaders, understanding their technical needs and aligning them with IT services and solutions.Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities where technology can drive innovation, improve processes, and create business value.Act as a liaison between business units and IT, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring successful implementation.Provide on-site technical support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.Educate and assist users in utilizing IT systems and applications effectively.Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices, including data protection and access control.Document and maintain records of IT support activities, issues, and resolutions. Qualifications Mandatory: More than 3 years of experience in providing technical support to end users, senior management, and executives.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills are essential.Solid background in Network infrastructure and IT security.Experience in SAP deployment projects.Ability to understand the relationship of SAP master data and modules.Experience in either or all of the following activities:Project managementBusiness Process flow creationDefining business requestsData migrationSystem testing with other applicationsUser trainingProactive attitude in collecting relevant information within the organization. Nice to have: PMP, Prince2 or other project management skills.SAP S4/Hana module certification. Not required: Programming skills.SAP Basis skills (performance tuning, backup, sizing, etc.).
