QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSHas a bachelor's degree in information technology or any related field.Has at least 4-5 years of experience with IT systems at administrator level, in ERP systems.Has experience working in a multicultural environment, experience in shared services environment is an advantage.Has vast knowledge and in-depth experience in system administration, data structure, technical processes, database functionality maintenance, reporting tools and other IT Systems.Proficient in English oral and written communication, with significant experience in international and cross-cultural communications, as well as business relations.Supplemental experience in HTML coding or proficiency in HTML, and CSS for customizing and enhancing the LMS user interface is desirable.Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards is a plus.Proven experience as a System or LMS Administrator, preferably in a senior role.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.Proficient in process improvement and optimization and has innovative mindset.Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills to work effectively with individuals and teams of staff with different levels of technical knowledge.Knowledgeable in managing own projects/scope of work with a capacity to scope realistic projects, meet timeframes and deliver outcomes.Demonstrated capacity to work both independently, autonomously and in multi-disciplinary team environments.Has business and customer understanding and can manage complexity.Detailed and result oriented, structured, accurate, systematic and committed to deliver within deadlines.Motivated to facilitate and contribute to company's growth.Strong analytical skills and experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.Certifications in learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle, Canvas) and Power BI are desirable.DUTIES/TASKSSupport in the relevant scope deliveries together with the Team Lead to ensure quality and compliance in accordance with Odfjell requirements and objectives.Work closely with the Team Lead to meet group objectives, ensuring quality and compliance with Odfjell standards.Suggest improvements to systems or processes to enhance efficiency.Maintain security protocols and ensure compliance with policies.Stay updated on support group processes, such as the Data Management and People Experience Team, to provide effective assistance.Ensures appropriate communication and feedback with team colleagues through regular collaboration.Able to communicate changes or updates effectively to team members.Ensure proper coordination in projects or system improvements to the team lead and team members.Monitors and reviews progress and accuracy of work, directs efforts towards achieving agreed performance metrics and provides technical guidance on complex issues.Able to perform quality checks on work and provide guidance to non-senior team members on quality standards.Support on follow up in accordance to the work delivery and output, following the policies and processes of the company.Responsible in submission and coordination of status report(s) and/or other required report by the immediate supervisor/management.Ensure compliance to the tools mandated by the Team Lead or by the Business Improvement Group for accurate status updates.Work closely with Business Partners/Leaders to ensure messages and deliveries are accurate and effective.Stay updated on all modules available in Cornerstone by acquiring knowledge and participation in Cornerstone Sessions.Create guidelines for Helpdesk in Manila and ensure they are always updated on support issues in Cornerstone.Assist in developing and maintaining training programs.Support implementation of any new modules in Cornerstone.Support in the integration of Cornerstone to other HR Systems (ie. IFS).Support in system structure, training and competence processes and systems execution related to other Core Systems.Lead the training of new hire, job shadowing of colleagues/teammates related to technical aspect.Assist in new hire training and understanding of new members within the team.Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
