Responsibilities:
Work globally across the company as the primary IT contactManage, configure, and troubleshoot IT cloud services (Google, Atlassian, Microsoft)Recommend improvements for the organization's IT systemsImplement enhancements or modifications to IT tools and processesProvide IT support to offices and remote employeesOffer technical assistance for queries/issues related to computer systems, hardware, network, and servicesManage employee onboarding/offboarding IT processesMaintain inventory of hardware, software, and other IT suppliesProvide training and orientation on new and modified systemsCreate and maintain IT documentationAnalyze and recommend optimizations for software-based processesEngage in research for new software/tools to support purchasing effortsSupport in developing and maintaining vendor relations and license management
