POSITION: Senior Investment Analyst
Rank: Assistant Vice President
A. JOB SUMMARY Primarily responsible for supporting the Department Head in identifying investment opportunities for the company and in establishing and maintaining relationships with investors of the company or in its investment activities, whether foreign or local.
In the absence of the Department Head and/or the Loans Manager, he/she also serves as the alternate liaison with current and prospective investors of the company and other relevant external agencies that may be involved.
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Head of the Corporate Credit and Investments Department in identifying investment opportunities.Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with investors of the company or in its investment activities, whether foreign or local.Prepare financial models for new investment opportunities and research opportunities for investment for the company.Assist and advise the Corporate Credit Department Head in negotiating investment terms.Follow through the investment process including but not limited to documentation, due diligence, and regulatory reportorial requirements, if any.Manage, safeguard, and maintain all investment records of the company.Assist potential co-investors in various ocular inspections of company assets that are part of the investment consideration.Under the guidance of the Department Head, liaise with external consultants, including but not limited to Independent Auditors, Legal Consultants, Appraisers, and Financial Consultants, as may be necessary.Assist other Departments, particularly Accounting, Treasury, and Operations, in relation to the mandate of the Corporate Credit and Investment Department.Perform other related duties and assignments as required. C. WORK RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: Head, Corporate Credit & Investment Department

D. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Graduate of any business/finance programs, preferably accounting or economics. MBA Degree preferred but not required.
Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in a managerial-level position in a similar capacity, preferably in an investment company.
Training: Financial Data Analysis; Credit Analysis; and Client/Customer Relationship Management.
Special Skills: Computer literate; use of spreadsheets; above-average communication skills.
