We are seeking a skilled, reliable, efficient Quantity Surveyor (it can be for Senior role or Intermediate depending on experience) to be part of our growing family.

 

Job Description

Requesting, saving, and following up tenders.

Accurately recording list of active suppliers and contractors we use.

Recoding library prices we pay suppliers and contractors nationwide.

Pricing jobs once tender

completeAssisting bank QS with pre con reports and monthly drawdowns

Keeping accurate records of contractor and supplier rates

Assisting with invoice sign off at end of the month.

Back costing completed jobs.

Implementation of better systems and processes relating to job pricing.

Issuing Purchase Orders

Estimating or Take Offs

All other reasonable tasks a quantity surveyor could be expected to do.
