About this role: We are looking for a Senior CAD Designer to join our Manila office. Less experienced candidates will be considered for an intermediate position.
This role is based in BGC, Taguig, Philippines. Our office is conveniently located in the CBD area and is easily accessible via public transportation. You will find yourself in a multi-cultural and diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and provide a full set of drawing documentation using AutoCAD software.Manage and produce drawing packages with discipline and accountability.Coordinate with seniors regularly and maintain communication with team members locally and internationally.Be resourceful and vigilant regarding design issues to avoid setbacks on deliverables.Collaborate and work effectively with co-workers, departments, and teams.Resolve issues utilizing sound judgment and reasoning skills.Maintain a strong working knowledge of interior design, technical details, and FF&E.Review and comprehend drawings to ensure that the produced packages meet the approved design.Yield and maintain top-notch documentation packages as per the company's standards.Conceptualize and develop interior design concepts that align with the client's vision and project goals.Develop mood boards, sketches, and design proposals to convey ideas effectively.Collaborate with the design team to bring concepts to life through detailed design development and space planning.Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring that design solutions meet and exceed expectations.Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and budget.Maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends, products, and sustainable design practices.We promise you a career in the world of luxury design as you would be working in the hospitality design firm that is ranked No.1 in the world. Minimum Qualifications: Right to work in the Philippines and willingness to work in the Manila office.Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.Minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience.Experience in design consultancy focusing on high-end projects; experience in hospitality and gaming (Casino) projects will be an advantage.Good understanding of design intent, sketches, and ability to turn design images into 2D CAD drawings.Proficiency in producing full sets of tender, construction, and technical drawings with minimal supervision.Well-versed in using AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and SketchUp.Ability to work and handle projects independently and simultaneously.Strong comprehension of hospitality design and technical details.Effective communication with design leads, team members, and consultants through various communication methods.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.To be successful in the role you should also have: Strong conceptualization and presentation skills.Ability to draw details accurately and with precision.Excellent time management, planning, and project execution skills.Strong sense of design flair and love of art.Strong sense of responsibility.Strong organizational skills and ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of hospitality design projects.Collaborative attitude and enjoyment of team environments.Good communication skills.Does this sound like you?
