Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leadership Training Officer based in Subic. As a Leadership Training Officer, your main responsibility will be to develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership skills within the organization. This will include designing and implementing training strategies, conducting training needs assessments, creating instructional materials, facilitating workshops, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Qualifications:

-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Experience in training and development
-Experience in creating modules for management and leaders
-Proficiency in instructional design methodologies
-Excellent customer service skills
