Job Summary: Talent Acquisition and Manpower Planning Champions employment branding, conceptualizes talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain talents and create a deep talent bench. Leads workforce planning for the effective utilization of existing manpower, and determines workload distribution for optimum staffing level requirements.
Performance Management and Career Planning Oversees the Performance Management system, drumbeats goal-setting sessions, and leads the setting of Key Performance Areas and Key Performance Indicators. Manages the Succession Program and ensures that talents are developed to handle a higher job role.
Compensation and Benefits Plans, designs, implements employee compensation and benefits programs, performs job evaluations, and facilitates salary and benefits surveys. Oversees consistent implementation of compensation and benefits programs, conducts continuous research to respond to the changing work environment, and maintains internal and external competitiveness.
Employee and Labor Relations Resolves employee questions and grievances, conducts Exit Interviews, designs and implements ER programs, prepares and updates policies and procedures, and ensures strict adherence and implementation of the Code of Conduct/Employee Discipline. Participates in CBA negotiations and Labor Management Council meetings, promotes a positive work environment, and ensures compliance with statutory laws.
Training and Development Designs training needs assessments creates training curriculum, administers training programs, and documents training effectiveness covering both In-House and External programs. Oversees the training budget and overall training plan to address performance gaps, and or prepare talents for upskilling.
Organization Development Conducts periodic organization diagnoses and assessments as bases for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing the organization's capability through the alignment of strategy, structure, people, rewards, metrics, and management processes related to human resource management and talent management. Facilitates culture-building initiatives and keeps a core of a highly motivated and inspired workforce.
Minimum Education and Experience Required: Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field. Preferably with a master's degree related to HR, or with a relevant certificate course. Minimum of twenty years of experience in human resources management with at least seven years of managerial experience managing the full facets of HR.
