As a Senior  H R Generalist, you are responsible for various people aspects, with a special focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement. You're responsible for finding the right people who will contribute to a culture and environment that StoreHub greatly values, while making sure those values are carried on in the office setting as we rapidly grow and scale. The work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. You need to have strong interpersonal skills, an unwavering commitment to quality, collaborative work ethic, and an excellent ability to see the potential in people.

You must be able to thrive in an environment where there are constrained resources, and product/market fit is just being established.
What you will do:
1. Talent Acquisition
Maintain meaningful work relationships with managers in the company to have a firm grasp of business strategies and understanding of the talent needs.
Align and apply the TA strategies, processes, and recruitment methodologies
Engage candidates via multiple sourcing options and techniques to build an ongoing talent pool, while effectively identifying and sharing promising profiles of candidates with Hiring Managers.
Gather position requirements, formulate job scopes, promote open positions, do lead sourcing, filtering, assessments, and vendor management.
2. People growth and development
Actively collaborate on HR business strategy projects with a multicultural People Department.
Support in identifying local training needs or areas for growth, and work with the People Manager to create solutions.
Partner with the People Manager in designing, developing, and implementing People-related processes, policies, and experiences.
Requirements You would be great for this role if you have:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a HR Generalist/HR Business Partner. A consulting background is a big plus.
Personal interest in and commitment to relationship-building with leaders and employees at large to foster employee wellbeing while upholding company values.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of Tagalog and English.
Discerning judgment and sound decision-making skills.
Able to work independently as well as a team player with the regional counterparts.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
