Job Description Work Location: Makati City
Working hours: 3PM - 12MN | 4PM - 1AM (Temporary WFH set-up) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for all hiring activities including but not limited to: Working with onshore and offshore managers to identify staffing needs and using both active and passive recruiting techniques to secure candidates and build a robust candidate pipeline Assisting with development of a unique selling point to attract applicants Managing onboarding process for all new hires, coordinate trainings with department heads Taking ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing a system for applicant tracking; Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements based on company needs Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings and interviews via MS Teams and/or in person Coordinate in-office work days among departments Update job descriptions for existing positions in order to provide job clarity and better departmentalize the current structure Review/Manage employee timesheets Review/Manage employee payroll Coordinate with department heads to lead the annual employee review process Ensure reviews are delivered in line with anniversary of hire and discussed with employees to address goals and concerns Develop an employee retention strategy Organize team-building activities (outings, retreats, events, motivational speakers etc.) Build relationships with all employees and serve as the main point person for all HR related concerns Attend regularly scheduled meetings with business to keep management aware of hiring needs and statuses and stay up to date on goals and requirements QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Must be degree or similar in Psychology HRDM, or related courses. At least 10 years related work experience as HR Generalist Has 5 years of work experience in Recruitment Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with professional discretion. Ability to work autonomously as well as being part of a team
