Holder of a college degree from a reputable schoolCan work from MONDAYS through SATURDAYS12 or more years of stable and consistent work experience in a corporate setting, 4-5 years of which must be in a managerial capacityHas worked with a company with at least 300 employeesGreat leadership and people skillsHas extensive working knowledge in all facets of human resources and administration, particularly RECRUITMENT (national), PROCESS REVIEW & DOCUMENTATION, including PERFORMANCE REVIEWHas experience in general administration, including purchasingHighly adept with the use of digital tools for workAbove average communication and people skillsExcellent writing skillsObserves and can promote a healthy lifestyleWilling to undergo all the qualification processes of the companyCan start immediatelyThe initial compensation package includes a basic salary, transportation and communication allowances, health insurance, and accident insurance with 24/7 coverage.
