GrowthAssistant is looking for a seasoned Senior Graphic &Video Designer to demonstrate strong technical skills, includingvideo editing and graphic design, and possess a proactive attitude towardtask execution. Responsibilities include video editing, graphic design, andproviding support in Canva to meet project requirements efficiently.Salary Range:PHP 50,000 – 80,000 per monthNote: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competenciesmatched to the position's job description and requirements based on theassessment results.Benefits:Work From HomePerformance, Attendance, and Referral BonusesPaid Holidays and Time OffsHealth CardTasks:Taking long-form videos to edit into Instagram Reels and TikTok videosbased on client requests but also utilizing sole discretion on what wouldlook best and be most aligned with the company's overall brandUnderstand the business needs to create videos and static designs basedon following design best practices & following the current designstyleDesign brand new, from scratch static designs with little directionfrom the client; utilizing your keen eye for design basics instead andresearching top brand trends in this spaceYou use strong attention to detail skills for design optimizations liketypography, fonts, alignments, etc.Meeting weekly and daily with your U.S.-based client to understandtheir needs, collect feedback, and optimize design strategyDesign graphics and videos for social media and the client'swebsite; doing logo designEdit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, textoverlays, etc.)Stitch and edit short video and GIF content for digital campaignsacross channelsCreate decks and visually enhance internal docs and presentationsCreating brand guidelines based on client direction and ideasRequirements:3+ years of video editing & graphic design experience; Must becomfortable working 50% on video designs and 50% on graphic designsExperience in offering strategic/creative recommendations to U.S.-basedclients; providing feedback on what does not work and what does work forthe video and static designsThis is a highly creative role; you should be confident and comfortablepresenting multiple design options based on your keen eye for design basedon the client's styleCommunicating with U.S.-based clients over video Zoom, Slack,Google/email, and WhatsApp; daily and weekly meetings with a close clientpartnershipExperience designing for e-commerce brands is preferredStrong attention to detail ensuring the video and graphic designs alignwith client expectations and branding, but also design principles such astypography, text alignments, image/video quality, etc.Experience with Adobe Suite for video editing (After Effects andPremiere Pro)Experience with Adobe Suite for graphic design (Photoshop andIllustrator)Ability to work CSTGood oral and verbal communication skillsRecent experience working in US office hoursWe are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team.
