Job Summary :
Accomplishes Writing and editing copy for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), working closely with the accounts to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging.
Function/Responsibilities
• Head of Marketing & Creatives to develop the visual direction of our brands
• Oversee in driving the development of each brand's social media pages by designing and creating content in line with agreed time frames and budgets
• Lead the creative team in developing the visual direction of our brands
• Create a library of illustrations and graphics that form part of each brand's visual language.
• Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, labelling, company logos, and static web pages
• Design and Manage the production of effective marketing materials including in-store easels, mall ads, and signage in line with agreed timeframes and budgets
• Work from agreed design briefs, producing innovative solutions that combine both written and visual elements
• Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to turn business ideas into innovative designs
• Produce comprehensive specifications and mock-ups for printers to work from, ensuring artwork is print ready and ensuring that all final artwork is ready within the time frame agreed
• Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
• Lead Creative discussions during product photo shoots
• Extend our visual brand across all mediums to create a singular and compelling experience
• Create integrated campaign assets such as print and digital advertising, infographics, booklets, press materials, signages, selling floor designs, booths, branded merchandise and more
• Image processing to a high standard, for print and web
• Be a team leader who coaches, mentors, and develops direct reports for optimal performance based on individualized preferences and needs

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design or any related field and four –six years of experience as a Graphic designer
