DESCRIPTION: Lead the creative vision and conceptualization of marketing campaigns, advertising materials, and brand collateral, in collaboration with the marketing team.Develop visual concepts, storyboards, and design layouts that align with the brand identity and effectively communicate the desired message.Direct the creation of visual elements, including graphics, illustrations, photography, and video, ensuring high quality and consistency across all channels.Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other creative professionals to bring creative concepts to life and execute integrated marketing campaigns.Provide guidance and feedback to creative team members, including designers, illustrators, and photographers, to ensure alignment with the project objectives and brand standards.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and visual communication, and incorporate innovative ideas into creative projects.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.Conduct regular reviews and critiques of creative work to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, creative briefs, and client requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to gather insights, define project objectives, and refine creative strategies.Present creative concepts and design solutions to internal stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind creative decisions and soliciting feedback for continuous improvement. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer in a creative agency or marketing department.Exceptional design skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision, conceptual thinking, and proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Leadership abilities, with experience leading and inspiring creative teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and design solutions to internal stakeholders and clients.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, visual communication, and marketing.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with the ability to maintain brand consistency and adhere to creative briefs and brand guidelines.Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and foster a positive and supportive creative culture.Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically, adapt to changing priorities, and find innovative solutions to design challenges.Can work onsite from Monday to Saturday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
