DESCRIPTION:
- Lead the creative vision and conceptualization of marketing campaigns, advertising materials, and brand collateral, in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Develop visual concepts, storyboards, and design layouts that align with the brand identity and effectively communicate the desired message.
- Direct the creation of visual elements, including graphics, illustrations, photography, and video, ensuring high quality and consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other creative professionals to bring creative concepts to life and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Provide guidance and feedback to creative team members, including designers, illustrators, and photographers, to ensure alignment with the project objectives and brand standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and visual communication, and incorporate innovative ideas into creative projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Conduct regular reviews and critiques of creative work to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, creative briefs, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to gather insights, define project objectives, and refine creative strategies.
- Present creative concepts and design solutions to internal stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind creative decisions and soliciting feedback for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer in a creative agency or marketing department.
- Exceptional design skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision, conceptual thinking, and proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Leadership abilities, with experience leading and inspiring creative teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and design solutions to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, visual communication, and marketing.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with the ability to maintain brand consistency and adhere to creative briefs and brand guidelines.
