• Direct the creation of visual elements, including graphics, illustrations, photography, and video, ensuring high quality and consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other creative professionals to bring creative concepts to life and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Provide guidance and feedback to creative team members, including designers, illustrators, and photographers, to ensure alignment with the project objectives and brand standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and visual communication, and incorporate innovative ideas into creative projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Conduct regular reviews and critiques of creative work to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, creative briefs, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to gather insights, define project objectives, and refine creative strategies.
• Present creative concepts and design solutions to internal stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind creative decisions and soliciting feedback for continuous improvement.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer in a creative agency or marketing department.
• Exceptional design skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision, conceptual thinking, and proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Leadership abilities, with experience leading and inspiring creative teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
