Job DescriptionMain Duties and Responsibilities CoordinationCoordinates with graduate student representatives and academic, administrative offices in crafting programs that will serve as part of the graduate student's developmentCoordinates with the GECPH, Assistant Vice President for Graduate Education (AVP GradEd) and Assistant Vice President for Research, Creative Work and Innovation (AVP RCWI) for the annual Research FestivalCoordinates with the Deans, Academic Departments and administration in organizing student engagement activitiesCollaborates with the various student affairs administrators and coordinators, faculty, departments and industry partners in developing new engagement activities and programs for graduate students.Coordinates with the Office of the Assistant Vice President for University Partnerships and Internationalization (OAVP UPI) for international graduate students' engagement activities and programsCoordinates with the University Marketing and Communications Office (UMCO) in promoting various student programs and engagementsQuality Assurance and ManagementCoordinates closely with the Policy Development and Quality Assurance Officer (PDQAO) regarding implementation of new or updated university and government regulations pertinent to graduate education.Coordinates with the Admissions and Financial Aid Officer (AFAO) and Data and Communications Manager (DCM) in gathering data on Scholarships.Coordinates with the Curriculum and Standards Officer (CSO) and DCM with regard to the analysis of the Exit Survey results.Coordinates closely with graduate students to gather feedback on their needs to provide a meaningful graduate student life.Leadership and AdministrationManages the following student engagement activities:Graduate Student Research FestivalGradTalk SeriesOrientation of New StudentsGet together of graduate studentsOversees crafting and developing programs based on graduate student needs.Actively searches for new opportunities for graduate student learning support, including those that pertain to their research.Proposes new activities and engagement to the GECPH and AVP GradEdPrepares and submits budget proposals for projected student activities and engagement for the next school year to the GECPH.Prepares annual student feedback reports on various student programs and engagements for submission to the GECPH.Participates in various student-held activities to gather relevant insights into the needs of graduate students.Regularly collects feedback from stakeholders and prepares report for submission to the GECPH.Performs other duties as may be assignedMinimum QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of the current university's various student programs, engagements and activities for graduate studentsAbility to engage and develop rapport with a diverse graduate student populationKnowledgeable of the University Student Information SystemWell-versed on various Office Software application toolsTechnology SavvyData Literacy Skills:Data Analysis SkillsData Management SkillsVery Good Numerical SkillsGood Project Management SkillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, administrators, and other stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Leadership SkillsProblem-solving SkillsCritical Thinking SkillsEducation and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree graduate in education, administration, or other related field.At least 2-3 years experience in coordinating with various offices in the Ateneo de Manila Higher Education units. Preferably with experience in student affairs and other related matters.Experience in data gathering and analysisKnowledge of the current university's various student programs, engagements and activities for graduate studentsKnowledge of various university and government rules and regulations pertinent to graduate education
