Senior Geodetic Engineer

Job Requirements. Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering.Must be a licensed Geodetic Engineer.Must have experience of at least five (5) to ten (10) years with land development projects.Experience in surveying data and calculations of survey sites.Must have experience with estimation and billing evaluation.Knowledgeable with local code.Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Able to communicate professionally and efficiently in both spoken and written formats.Must be willing to be assigned within and outside Metro Manila.Job Descriptions. Implements the Construction Project Management (CPM) Plan for the Project and ensures that the contractors and suppliers comply with the established procedures and instructions ensuring the expeditious implementation and timely delivery of the Project.Verifies the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.Prepares or supervises preparations of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.Reviews survey works; this includes verification, relocation, and topographic survey.Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards for surveying and mapping practice.Attends and may lead weekly meetings.Prepares and issues minutes when required in a meeting.Conducts regular project walk-throughs with the contractor to check on the progress of works and spot potential problems in terms of architectural, civil, and structural make-up.Advises the construction project manager (CPM), owner/developer, and contractors of any constraints and critical factors that may cause delays in the completion of the project and recommends appropriate solutions.Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
