Senior General Accountant

JOB SUMMARY:
The FSSC Senior Specialist assists the Team Lead/Supervisor in managing daily finance master data functions, including pricing, standard cost, product line setup, account codes, and customer master maintenance. Responsibilities also include addressing local finance inquiries and performing additional tasks as assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility of the FSSC Senior Specialist is to ensure the effective daily operation of the master data management process, adhering to SLAs and the company's financial policies and procedures. The role involves reviewing the work of Specialists, preparing monthly reports, and conducting timely and accurate review analyses.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Must Have: - Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.- At least 4 years of experience in General Accounting.- Experience with ERP Systems (e.g., MFG Pro, SAP).- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.- Strong analytical skills.- Above-average communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient oral and written communication.- Strong team player.- Ability to work within a structured environment.- Excellent interpersonal skills. Preferred: - Advantageous qualifications include Accounting, Business Administration, or other business-related fields.- Experience in Shared Services or BPO.- Proven ability to work under pressure.- Capability to work with minimal supervision.- Experience in an international and culturally diverse organization.
