Senior Fund AdministratorJob Description:• Help provide leverage to our clients by understanding and prioritizing their needs while effectively scalingour CFO services. Some of the strategic support that we provide includes:o Capital calls and distributionso Audit/tax supporto Pre/post close serviceso Quarterly and annual financialso Limited Partner communications• Bring transparency to founders, VCs, and LPs and help our clients make more accurate decisions by helpingthem utilize our tools and resources such as:o Real-time IRRo Real-time portfolio data• Provide additional data points (TVPI, RVPI)Requirements• You have 2+ years of professional accounting experience• You have over a year of closed-end fund accounting experience• You have an accounting or finance degree• You have experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements• You have strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, and accurately judge when to make decisionsversus escalate them• You're interested in providing best-in-class-service• You communicate information in a timely, appropriate and effective manner to all relevant stakeholders andare able to multitask to meet multiple deadlines• You have an understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund or Funds, Fund Administration. Haveexperience working on Crypto funds will be advantageous.• You have advanced Microsoft Office skills with Investran experience• You're interested in working on projects in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team and as anindividual• You have experience mentoring/coaching junior accountant
