Job Title: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer Job Description: Our company is seeking an accomplished Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who is well-versed in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong background in computer science. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in project management, business analysis, app/UX development, database design, data integration, data analysis, as well as experience with Power BI, API development, and Secure DevOps practices. This role is tailored for a self-driven and meticulous individual with exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of sophisticated web applications, ensuring effective integration of front-end and back-end technologies. Develop and maintain robust APIs for internal and external use. Implement Secure DevOps practices to ensure the security and integrity of applications throughout the development lifecycle. Design and construct databases with MS SQL Server, optimizing for performance and scalability. Leverage Azure App Services for creating, deploying, and managing scalable applications. Utilize Snowflake's data warehouse technology for efficient data management. Create, optimize, and oversee ETL processes for comprehensive data integration. Execute business analysis to derive actionable insights from business requirements. Craft intuitive and compelling user interfaces and experiences (UX) for applications. Apply data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Power BI, to enhance business decision-making processes. Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. At least 8 years of professional experience in full stack development. Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrable experience in business analysis and translating business needs into technical action plans. Proficient in app/UX development, preferably using C# & Angular, showcased by a strong portfolio. In-depth knowledge of database design and development, with hands-on experience in MS SQL Server. Familiarity with Snowflake data warehouse and ETL data development. Skilled in developing applications and services using Azure App Services. Experience with API development and managing data exchange between servers and users. Proficiency in implementing Secure DevOps practices. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization, including proficiency in Power BI. Must be able to work during US time zones to support internal business users. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated with an ability to take initiative in challenging situations. Diligent, with a strong attention to detail.
