Senior Full Stack Developer

Position Description:
We are hiring for a Senior Full Stack Developer willing to work onsite in Alabang 3 times a week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Lead the development and maintenance of front-end and back-end components using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Architect and implement robust server-side solutions using Node.js and Express.js, leveraging technologies like Microsoft SQL Server, .NET, Java, Python, and Oracle.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between various components of our applications.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance development processes, tools, and technologies.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the software development industry, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to our projects.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in a Full Stack Developer role, with a proven track record of delivering complex web applications.
• Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in back-end development using Node.js, Express.js, Microsoft SQL Server, .NET, Java, Python, and Oracle.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
