We are hiring for a Senior Full Stack Developer willing to work onsite in Alabang 3 times a week.

Your future duties and responsibilities: Lead the development and maintenance of front-end and back-end components using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.Architect and implement robust server-side solutions using Node.js and Express.js, leveraging technologies like Microsoft SQL Server, .NET, Java, Python, and Oracle.Design and develop RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between various components of our applications.Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance development processes, tools, and technologies.Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the software development industry, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to our projects.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in a Full Stack Developer role, with a proven track record of delivering complex web applications.Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.Strong proficiency in back-end development using Node.js, Express.js, Microsoft SQL Server, .NET, Java, Python, and Oracle.Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
