\n What you will do: Execute plans to continuously improve the onboarding output and deliver oversupply of fleet trucksIdentify fleet companies/organizations to tap to generate potential operator leads and champion the networking and relationship buildingConduct driver recruitment events and activities to continuously build fleet operator pipelinePrepare and present weekly and monthly performance reviewsReview departmental processes and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvements What we seek: Someone with a strong network of trucking companies in Baguio who would be willing to partner with Lalamove for heavy deliveries What you'll need:2-3 years of fleet procurement / vendor management experience Experience in traditional logistics is a plusMust be good with data and keeping track of inventory Must be willing to report onsite in our Baguio Hub (Xentromart Bagsakan, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan)
