The FP&A Senior Staff shall greatly contribute to the financial planning and analysis, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and support strategic financial decision-making.
Key responsibilities include driving financial performance by analyzing results, coordinating budgets and forecasts, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives. The FP&A Senior Staff will also identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline reporting, and enhance the efficiency of financial operations.
As a critical contributor to the company's success, the FP&A Senior Staff will ensure that financial plans are clearly communicated, actionable, and support long-term business growth.
Job Description:Providing financial updates to management by analyzing and reporting accurate data.Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Overseeing financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) for management.Conducting variance analysis to identify differences between actual performance and forecasts, providing actionable insights.Supporting long-term strategic planning through financial modeling and scenario analysis.Collaborating with various departments to align financial plans with business operations.Driving continuous improvements in financial planning and reporting processes, and implementing automation where feasible.Managing ad-hoc projects, including capital expenditure analysis and feasibility studies for real estate projects, while coordinating with business units to prepare budgets, forecasts, and provide recommendations.Conducting industry benchmarking and research to support financial planning efforts.Maintaining confidentiality of financial data and plans.Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or related field.3+ years proven accounting experience or with 3 years' experience in Financial Planning or Business Partnering in Agri-business Industry.Having a CPA / CMA certification is an advantage.
