Senior Financial Planning Analysis Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior FPA Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day and regular/periodical tasks within
Financial Planning and Analysis group.
This person will play a role in accomplishing financial
reports, forecasting/planning, analysis and reviews.
In this role, the successful candidate will
report to Senior Program Manager for Financial Planning and Analysis team handling various
activities designed to help the organization.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible in month-end closing reviews of P&L (Profit & Loss statement).
• Accommodates daily ad-hoc reports, financial data etc.
• Maintain and develop relevant documentation for analysis and monitoring of financial
performance and metrics.
• Support in monthly and quarterly financial planning, forecasts, and reviews
• Responsible in analyzing general ledger and provide review/insights during month-end
closing and as business requires.
• Advocate for continuous improvement including leveraging technology to mee changing
learning demands.
• Participate on Corporate teams.
Maintain a positive rapport with internal and external
customer to promote trust.
• Manage time, resources, and priorities to meet quality standards, project timelines, and
learning outcomes of reports and task given.
• Any other related tasks given by reporting manager.
• Providing support in any FP&A/Finance projects to address business objectives.
This
includes strategic initiatives, project management, performance results and analytics,
innovation, standardization and consistent delivery of high-level reporting services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or any relevant course/experience
• 3 years of work experience in FP&A
• Willing to work full onsite

PREFERRED:
• Knowledge in Oracle database/software is preferred.
• At least 1 year work experience in General Ledger
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Advanced MS Excel skills and other Microsoft applications

Work Address: Cubao Quezon City
Work Set-up: Onsite
Work Schedule: Mid Shift (1pm-10pm PHT) | Monday to Friday
Work Type: Full-time
