The Senior FA collaborates with various departments to assess financial performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.Analyze and explain variances between actual financial results and budget/forecast, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.Collect, organize, and validate financial data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support special projects or management inquiries.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and management, to gather information and provide financial insights.Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, standards, and internal policies.Present financial information and analysis in a clear and concise manner to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.Previous experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles. Same experience in the industry or sector of the hiring company is advantageous.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and financial management software.
