Responsibilities Support operation which require a good understanding of the nature of the business and products in order to execute daily activities effectivelyPreparation and Analysis of Mfg P&L for both Actual and Forecast (Budget and Quarterly Financial Forecast). Lead the financial planning (budget, forecast, costing, scenario analysis) process for the factory, partnering with Sr Director to meet financial targets.Work with Factory Finance for Mfg Variances. Understanding the causal of actual variances and recovery plan.Support Supply Chain for Make or Buy AnalysisPreparation of Actual COS File for Variance Capitalization purpose.Be a Finance Business Partner for Operation's NPI Cost and Other Non-Factory COSWork with Indirect Procurement for Indirect Cost Improvement Project.Assist Controller to drive Operation in achieving the target set by Management and also perform scenario analysis to help on decision making. Timely monthly financial reporting and KPI indicators to support Operations.Act as a key business partner with the factory leadership team to maximize gross margin opportunities.Other Projects as assigned.Adhere to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies and general duty of careQualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or professional equivalentCPA or CMA is required.5 years of progressive accounting experience primarily within a global manufacturing environment.Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite at moderate to high-level of proficiency.Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.Strong level of analytical skills, numeracy and strong financial understandingHands on approach to the role, result oriented, strong work ethics and possess the drive to work in a dynamic and challenging environment utilizing strong analytical ability to achieve results.Able to work under tight deadlines, unstructured environment and able to handle multiple dutiesProven communications skills with internal and external stakeholdersWillingness to learn and ability to meet deadlinesCommunicates well in EnglishPassionfor innovation, customer obsession, drive for resultsCommunicative, team oriented, analytical thinkerAs part of our total rewards philosophy, we believe in offering and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs for our employees in order to attract and retain a talented, highly engaged workforce.
