SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles. Experience in the industry or sector of the hiring company is advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and financial management software. Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey financial insights to various stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to provide actionable recommendations.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITY:
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
• Variance Analysis: Analyze and explain variances between actual financial results and budget/forecast, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Data Compilation: Collect, organize, and validate financial data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support special projects or management inquiries.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and management, to gather information and provide financial insights.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Communication: Present financial information and analysis in a clear and concise manner to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
