Senior Financial Analyst

The position shall oversee daily operations, focusing on human capital development, asset utilization, and operational performance. Regularly inspect plantations, preparing detailed reports with recommendations to uphold best practices. Ensure compliance with environmental policies, prioritize safety, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, local government, and community members.



Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/Forestry/Environmental Science or related field.
- Preferably with at least 10 years of experience in forestry-related work.
- Proven track record in managing plantations in various locations.
- Must have an excellent communication skills.
- With good interpersonal skills, strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Willing to relocate when necessary.
