Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics; Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plusPrevious experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related rolesExperience in a Renewable Power / Energy Industry is advantageousStrong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial dataProficient in financial modeling, MS Excel, and financial management softwareKnowledge of ERP systems is desirableExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey financial insights to various stakeholdersAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a dynamic environmentMeticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and analysisStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to provide actionable recommendationsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
