Salary: 40,000 - 70,000
Responsibilities:Provide forecasting, reporting, analysis, and project support to ManagementPrepare and present financial model and annual cash budget for Philippine operationsPrepare analyses, financial feasibility models, scenario analyses and presentations for new projectsOperationalize the company-wide financial model for performance tracking and cash flow managementPrepare financial reports and provide analysis on budget variances and expense trendsFacilitate vendor payments, manage disbursement accounts and all associated activitiesManage records for all management entities and create records of all cash flows and forecastsMaintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations and/or policiesQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA is preferred but not requiredAt least 5 years' experience working at financial institutions such as investment banks, private equity, securities companies, consulting, CPA firms, or asset managementAdvanced cash flow modeling/financial modeling experienceExpertise in valuation, discounted cash flow models (DCF) and financial forecastingWorking knowledge of the technical aspects of the industryStrong working knowledge of ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracy
