The Senior Financial Accountant position is based in Manila, Philippines. The Senior Financial Accountant will provide support with AP & AR function, reconciliations, month end, cash monitoring, general ledger tasks, assist in the preparation of financial accounts and general ad hoc tasks to support the team. The applicant will have the ability to apply accounting principles to support the business.
A critical success factor of this role is the ability to demonstrate high attention to detail, problem solving and managing competing deadlines. The applicant will be a natural collaborator with a grounded/ down to earth work style to assist with business outcomes in a friendly team environment.

Key Accountabilities: Operations Processing SPV payments: - Payments to borrowers and nominated parties.
-Payments to Investors distribution for principal and interest.
Processing Corporate Payments: - Ensuring AP approval and credit card reports are submitted.
Bookkeeping: - Processing entries in XERO and ensuring supporting documents are attached.
Monthly Reconciliation: - Ensuring that bank reconciliations are done on timely basis
- Balance sheet reconciliation
Assisting with Financial Reporting: - Preparation of year end workpapers
Accounts Receivable: - Issuing Invoices for SPV fees, management fees and expense recharges for the fund from Bass Securities.
Assisting the team with ad-hoc tasks.
