Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role: As a Senior Manager - Finance you will be reporting to the Global Finance Director and support the existing finance and FP&A functions of the company. You will provide support to the finance team's efforts in managing and servicing existing debt investors. This role requires strong analytical and forecasting skills to ensure healthy financial planning and operations controlling.
Requirements Duties and Responsibilities: Work closely with the Global Finance Director to support ongoing and ad-hoc analysis and modeling in support of the company's aggressive goals. The role will have straight contact with the FP&A team in the US.Develop financial models (top-down and bottom-up) for budgeting, business forecasting, company health, and pricing evaluation. Provide periodic KPI reporting to headquarters in USA.Work closely with the regional General Manager in the Philippines to model the value of future partnership opportunities. Support company-wide budgeting processes including monthly budget vs. actuals analysis of operating and non-operating cash flows.Run distribution calculations for principal and interest for multiple debt facilities. Create local dashboards providing real-time insight into KPIs and other financial metrics.Work closely with the accounting team to gather financial information and assist with the reconciliation of Local GAAP versus US GAAP.Assist accounting in the audit processValidate the taxes paidSupport operations in making payments to merchants and reconciling the transactions with accountingRepresent the company locally in front of local authorities (treasurer)Must-have Skills / Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economy, Business Administration or Engineering with 10-15 years' experience.Excellent Excel modeling skills, Google Sheets experience is a plus.Languages: English is mandatoryTeamwork and strong communication skillsExperience with BIR, Compliance and Government RegulationsMust be hands-on in every facet of the department - strategically and operationallyExperience with any Financial Services CompanyExperience with Local and US GAAPAdvantageous: Experience with NetSuite is a plus.Prior experience at leading consultancy, financial institutions, fintech, e-wallet, and banksDealing with SCC and Debt ManagementCPA or MBA is a plusPreferably worked with a consolidation system (i.e., Oracle)Preferably have an experience with Microloans or microlending companies, \Job type:Permanent
